To foster a favorable employment environment for youth aged 16 to 29 during the summer (July-August), the county government has officially launched the 2026 "Youth's Good Employment Path" Corporate Internship Incentive Program. This program targets youth and students aged 16 to 29, with the county government extending its reach to those aged 16 and above. Through industry-government-academia collaboration, the program provides at least 120 hours of internship opportunities during the summer (July-August), along with training incentives of up to NT$12,000 for participating companies and daily transportation subsidies for young people. This initiative aims to shorten the "last mile" from school to workplace, allowing young people to deeply engage with Nantou's industrial landscape during their studies, building a sense of belonging to their hometown's industries, and achieving a virtuous cycle of talent cultivation and retention.
The 2026 "Youth's Good Employment Path" Corporate Internship Incentive Program has been officially announced. Eligible youth and business partners are welcome to apply through the county government's "Online e-Counter" to jointly transform the future of Nantou's workplace.
