Visiting brand exhibition areas and production lines, we saw the collaborative division of labor from design, marketing, to smart manufacturing. We also connected sustainability with local industries and learned to view the birth of a product from a "career perspective." 🏭🌱
This "workplace experience and company visit" wasn't just about the excitement; it also offered insights:
• How is the division of labor within the industry chain? Students learned that "one product = multiple functions working together" 💡
• What are the career options for skilled workers? From craftsmen to planning, tour guiding, and brand management, career options are more diverse 📚
• What can local employment offer? Connecting Nantou's culture, tourism, and manufacturing creates future opportunities ✨
Special thanks to Mr. #Lin Jiaxiang, the fourth-generation owner of the Shuili Snake Kiln, for his wonderful presentation and professional tour.
This gave us a deeper understanding of the innovation and craftsmanship of traditional crafts! 🙏🎤
Thanks also to the Shuili Snake Kiln Park and Mid-Levels DreamWorks for their professional hospitality, and to the teachers and students of Tongde High School for their enthusiastic participation. Let's take learning beyond the classroom and into the industry! 🙌
This event is part of the Nantou County Youth Career Development Program.
It helps young people explore their career paths in a fun and effective way.
It connects them to local resources and fosters a more welcoming employment environment.
Let's support our children's future together! 🚀
