In the morning, we visited the Sun Moon Lake Tea Factory to learn about the history and production process of Taiwan's tea industry, from raw material processing to finished product manufacturing, and to understand the professional division of labor and cultural value within the local industry.
We also had a tea tasting experience 🍵, allowing us to personally experience different tea flavors, and learned that this location was one of the filming locations for "Tea Gold," further connecting industry, culture, and film.
Afterwards, we went to Sun Moon Lake for a boat trip 🚤, learning about the overall geography of Sun Moon Lake from a tourist's perspective, and understanding the distribution of surrounding hotels and tourist routes, further comprehending the overall operational model of local industry broadcasting.
In the afternoon, we visited the Cheng Wan Grand Resort Hotel. Special thanks to #Deputy General Manager Zhuang Bingcong, #Deputy Manager of Guest Services Liang Chengyuan, and #Deputy Manager of Food and Beverage Wang Haojie for their hospitality and sharing 🙌, introducing the work content and service processes of different sub-sectors within the hotel industry, giving students a more concrete understanding of the practical aspects of hospitality services and food and beverage management.
Through global company visits 🌿, students gradually gained an understanding of different job types and responsibilities across industries ranging from manufacturing and tourism to services. Through on-site observation, they developed initial ideas about future career paths.
In the future, we will continue to promote diverse career exploration activities, combining local industry resources to help students understand industry trends and strengthen their career preparation and development direction.
