【Youth ProMax | 15 Young Changemakers Officially Embark on Their Journey】
Following the final confirmation and replacement process, the 15 participants of the Youth ProMax Program have officially been selected.
Yet this program has never been just about an overseas exchange.
Over the coming months, participants will first immerse themselves in Nantou, exploring local issues through a series of in-person workshops and discussions. They will then travel to Ichinoseki, Japan, to observe local revitalization initiatives, cultural interpretation practices, and community-based development models. Finally, they will return to Nantou to develop their own local action plans and put them into practice, testing the insights and inspiration gained throughout the journey.
From learning to action.
From global perspectives to local impact.
This is both a capacity-building opportunity and a challenge.
Because what truly matters is not where you go—
but what you choose to do for your community when you come back.
