On September 10th, 2025, we moved the classroom into Tiantian's production line.

Today is #PuliHigherTech, looking at different industries from a workplace perspective🍡🌹

This morning, we visited the #TaiwanMochiTheme Museum.

We learned about glutinous rice varieties and their glutinous nature.

We then broke down the "springiness" into the science of temperature, time, and texture.

Finally, we rolled each tsukimi dango by hand.

It turns out that behind the product is more than just the recipe; there's also the "invisible expertise" of SOPs, sanitation procedures, division of labor, and service.

We also saw actual job descriptions of sales staff, tour guides, and marketing.

This afternoon, at the #MeikaiSiDu Edible Rose Garden, we had a rainy day! ☔️ But our enthusiasm wasn't dampened at all. The sound of rain served as background music as we continued our class.

We were honored to have founder #ZhangSiGuang share the ins and outs of rose cultivation, from varieties, sunlight, harvesting times, to the layers of aroma.

He then poured his knowledge into a pot, making #RoseJam with us.

The highlight of the day wasn't making a few dumplings or bottles of jam, but seeing the agricultural products of Nantou from the production areas to the production lines. We also hope that future students will participate in and contribute to the #SustainableDevelopment of Nantou's Industries.

Thank you to the #TaiwanMochiThemePark for your warm hospitality and teaching.

Thank you also to founder #ZhangSiGuang for bringing the knowledge of roses to life.

To the teachers and students who remained focused and engaged in the pouring rain, you're amazing! 🙌

This was a stop on the Nantou County Youth Career Development Program.

We will continue to bring students to the event to make learning engaging and careers meaningful. 🚀
