First Herbal Natural Biotechnology Park☘️ :

This one-day workplace experience came to the First Herbal Natural Biotechnology Park, which is known as Jiji 101. General Manager Jiaxiang Lin shared how the company transformed from a contract manufacturer to a tourist factory with its own brand, how it transformed into digital marketing during the epidemic, and the process of going from booths at various events to gathering business district resources to hold markets.

The company started with the Plectranthus incense and implemented the "herbal natural concept". Since 2019, it has set one of its corporate goals to win at least one award every year (such as the Top Ten Nantou Souvenirs).

The general manager shared his experience, saying that in order to operate a business, one must seize opportunities. Sometimes one does not have to wait until the plan is complete before executing it. Try more and make bold wishes. YOSHAN Tea Culture Museum🍵 :

"Travel around famous mountains and visit various tea factories" is one of the corporate philosophies of YOSHAN Tea. Executive Vice President Guanlin Chen shared how the company has evolved from traditional stores and packaging factories to tea culture museums, and how he had clear goals since his school days, and through what he learned, he brought scientific data into the traditional tea factory operation model to stabilize and improve the quality of each bag of tea.

The trainees found out that making a cup of tea is not simple. The temperature, time and humidity of baking affect the color, aroma and taste of the tea. The trainees were surprised to find that it takes so much effort to make a cup of tea!

Vice President Guanlin Chen encouraged young people, "No one is interested in work. Try to love it without hating it."

The trainees actively gave feedback later that this visit and practical experience not only enhanced their confidence in finding a job in the future, but also provided direction for their study and employment planning.
