Nantou County Youth Entrepreneurship Loan and Small and Medium Enterprise Financing General Loan

Introduction:

In order to assist young entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises in Nantou County to expand their business performance, a five-year interest-free subsidy is provided to reduce the burden of initial loans for entrepreneurship, so as to revitalize the county's economy and promote industrial development.

Target:

1. General loans for small and medium-sized enterprise financing:

Citizens of the Republic of China who are registered in this county and have established a company, limited partnership or business registration in this county, meet the standards for small and medium-sized enterprise certification and have actual operating facts, can apply for general loans for small and medium-sized enterprise financing (hereinafter referred to as general loans) in the name of the business.

2. Youth Entrepreneurship Loan: Those who meet the following qualifications may apply for a Youth Entrepreneurship Loan (hereinafter referred to as Youth Entrepreneurship Loan) in the name of the business or its person in charge:

(1) Those who meet the above qualifications and have been established for less than five years.

(2) The person in charge must be a citizen of the Republic of China who is between 20 and 45 years old and registered in this county.

(3) The person in charge has participated in entrepreneurship counseling courses or entrepreneurship-related activities held by the government or its entrusted units, or public or private colleges and universities registered with the Ministry of Education (including their promotion departments and incubation centers) for at least 20 hours or two credits within the past three years (as shown in Appendix 1), and has provided supporting documents.

Those who apply for Youth Entrepreneurship Loan and are approved can apply for general loan for their business, but only once.

Loan amount:

(1) Youth Entrepreneurship Loan: The maximum cumulative loan amount is NT$1 million.

(2) General Loans: The maximum cumulative loan amount is NT$2 million.

Loan Purpose:

Limited to the purchase (construction) of factory buildings, business premises, machinery, equipment or payment of operating working capital.

• Youth Entrepreneurship Loan Application Form (including business plan)

• Personal information form of person in charge

• Consent form for joint investigation of company or enterprise

• Consent form for joint investigation of spouse

• Personal information form of joint guarantor

• Bank credit application form
