✨【Nantou Youth: The Midas Touch 2.0】✨

👨 Proposer: Lai Bo-qun

🌊 Project: Lake Talk & Lake Fun: The "Safe Swim" Initiative

🛶 "Amidst the paddling, rediscover the story of a lake." This project integrates Thao indigenous cultural heritage, Sun Moon Lake ecological education, and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) experiences to create "Taiwan's Only Local Culture SUP Eco-Classroom." Through the sharing of cultural stories by tribal elders, professional ecological commentary, and safe water activities, participants do more than just view the scenery. As they paddle across the water, they gain a profound understanding of the nature, ecology, and cultural wisdom carried by Sun Moon Lake.

🌿 Why start with SUP? SUP is a slow-paced, safe, and intimate way to engage with the water, making it the perfect vessel for ecological and cultural awareness. While moving across the lake's surface, participants can observe the topography and ecological shifts of Sun Moon Lake from a unique perspective. Through guided interpretation, scenery is transformed into understanding, and experience into lasting memory.

Facing the long-standing "tourist attraction" model of Sun Moon Lake, the proposer deeply feels that:

"Culture should not be left only on the shore, and stories should not be hidden behind the scenery." ✨ "Lake Talk & Lake Fun" With SUP as the gateway, culture is spoken upon the waves, and ecology is truly understood between every stroke of the paddle.
