To support young people to return to their hometowns, stay in their hometowns for development, and care about local areas, rural areas, communities, society, traditional culture, ecology and environment... We will cultivate young people's sense of identity with their hometowns and the land they grew up on, transform their views, expertise, creativity and enthusiasm into practical participation, and use their own professional abilities and creativity to make proposals. Through small funding subsidies, we train young people to participate in community affairs, rural industries, community environment creation, community marketing and publicity, etc. Subsidies are given based on proposal plans and operational plans as an initial support system for young people returning home.
Participants: Young people aged 18 to 45 who are registered in this county or seeking a job, employment or development in this county.
