National Development Council (NDC) Call for Proposals for the 2026 'Incentive Program for Youth Engagement in Local Revitalization Action Plans'
The relevant information is as follows:
(I) Eligibility for Application:
Applicant Organization: The applicant organization must be a company, business/sole proprietorship, national social group, community development association, or non-profit association (corporate legal person) officially registered under the laws of the Republic of China (R.O.C.). This explicitly excludes subsidiaries, branches, and offices established by foreign companies.
Project Leader and Team Members:
The Project Leader (referred to as "Leader" below, not necessarily the person in charge of the organization) must be an R.O.C. national youth aged 22 to 45 (born between January 13, 1980, and January 12, 2004).
Project members must possess R.O.C. nationality and are not restricted by age. The total number of project members (including the Leader) must not exceed four (4), and all members must be full-time employees of the applicant organization.
(II) Proposal Content:
Complete Action Plan: The proposal must present a complete action plan, including an Executive Summary of the Plan, Basic Information of the Applicant Organization, Motivation and Objectives of the Plan, Implementation Methods and Steps, Expected Outcomes and Features Description, and the Spirit and Manifestation of Local Revitalization.
Highlighting Local Characteristics: The proposal should highlight local characteristics, align with local needs, and promote mutual benefit for the community. Proposals are categorized into three types based on their nature: Local Products and Culture, Revitalization Experiences, and Venue Operation/Management.
(III) Application Procedures:
Application Deadline: From the date of this announcement until 12:00 PM (noon) on January 12, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Application Method and Required Documents: Applications must be submitted online. Please upload the required documents, following the specified format, to the online registration website (https://tier.surveycake.biz/s/ZbO82) within the application period.
