Hsinchu County Government's Youth Overseas Dream Fund Program 2026

The Hsinchu County Government is launching the "G-3-10 Interdisciplinary Collaboration for Future Impact" program for the 2026 Youth Billion Overseas Dream Fund Initiative. Details are as follows:



Program Name: G-3-10 Interdisciplinary Collaboration for Future Impact.



Theme Category: Startup Teams and Professional Capability Development.



Internship Organizations: The Big Issue, Ashoka United Kingdom (Ashoka UK), Impact Hub London, Money Ready (formerly MyBnk), and Art4Space.



Number of Interns: 15.



Program Period: July 15 to July 2, 2026 (18 days in total, including travel days).



Applicant Eligibility:



(1) Youth aged 18 to 30 who hold R.O.C. (Taiwan) nationality and possess proficient English communication skills (CEFR B2 or equivalent).



(2) Applicants must have either:



Participated in entrepreneurship competitions organized by central/local governments, schools, or corporations, OR



Established their own startup (must meet the "Criteria for Identifying Small and Medium Enterprises" and be established after May 1, 2020), OR



Participated in forums, conferences, or proposal competitions focusing on sustainable development (such as SDGs) or social enterprises. (Relevant documentation must be provided for the above criteria).
