Ministry of Education's "10 Billion Yuan Overseas Dream Realization Fund for Youth - Dream Realization Assistance Progra

To provide opportunities for students with special circumstances to realize their dreams overseas, the Ministry of Education has launched the "Trillion-Dollar Overseas Dream Realization Fund for Youth - Dream Realization Assistance Program." Details are as follows:

1. Eligibility: Youths aged 15 to 18 who meet one of the following criteria:

(1) Students with low-income, lower-middle-income, or other special circumstances.

(2) Students without low-income or lower-middle-income status but with special family circumstances (e.g., single-parent families, families experiencing sudden hardship, first-generation university students, children of people with disabilities, those with indigenous ethnicity who require assistance, etc.), and who require recommendation from a tutor, principal, or sponsoring organization.

(3) Students enrolled in senior high schools designated by the Ministry of Education as located in remote or non-mountainous areas.

2. Registration Period and Timing: From November 3rd to December 31st, 2025, the first phase of the Dream Realization Assistance Program includes four projects. Further announcements regarding subsequent projects are tentatively scheduled for February 23rd, 2026:

(1) GJ-5-1: Architecture, Art, and Sustainable Coexistence

(2) GJ-8-2: A Fantastical World Under the Pen of AI

(3) GJ-8-7: Dream ON AIR - A Guide to Cultivating Brilliance

(4) GJ-8-14: A Powerful Hitter - A Dream Home Run

3. Participation in the Dream Realization Growth Camp: Applicants must participate fully in the Dream Realization Growth Camp planned for their chosen project. Selection will be based on training sessions. Project details can be found on the project platform (https://twpathfinder.org/) in the Dream Realization Overview. 4. Online briefing session: November 25, 2015 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM (registration link: https://reurl.cc/qKmEW0), registration must be completed before 12:00 PM on November 21, 2015 (Friday).
