The Hsinchu County Government Education Bureau's "2026 Hsinchu Social Innovation Base" offers various courses and venues for rent. Eligibility criteria for joining the base are as follows:
1. Individuals, teams, for-profit organizations, and non-profit organizations interested in social welfare, social enterprises, community building, youth entrepreneurship, or diverse issues (such as senior citizen and intergenerational co-creation, green energy and environmental protection, new immigrants, and education).
2. Individuals and unregistered groups: Priority will be given to those whose registered residence or place of work is in Hsinchu County. For-profit organizations (enterprises, companies, firms, studios, etc.): Priority will be given to those whose registered address or place of business is located in Hsinchu County.
3. Non-profit organizations (associations, foundations, etc.): Priority will be given to those with their headquarters located in Hsinchu County.
