1.How to apply for youth entrepreneurship loans?
(1) Eligibility:
a. Applicants aged 20 to 45 who are citizens of the Republic of China and registered as residents of Nantou County can apply for youth entrepreneurship loans in the name of their business or as the person in charge.
b. Those operating small-scale businesses exempt from business registration, who have tax registration in the County and have been established for less than five years.
c. Applicants who have participated in entrepreneurship guidance courses or entrepreneurship-related activities for at least 20 hours or 2 credits within the past three years, and can provide supporting documents.
(2) Loan Amount: The maximum cumulative loan amount is NT$1 million.
(3)Loan Purpose: Limited to purchasing (constructing) factories, business premises, machinery, equipment, or supporting working capital.
(4) Interest Rate:
a. The upper limit is set at the Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. 2-year time deposit floating interest rate plus an annual interest of 0.825%, calculated on a floating basis.
b.For those who apply for Youth Entrepreneurship Loans and pass the review, the interest during the loan period will be fully subsidized by this government, for a maximum of five years.

2.How to apply for interest subsidies on youth entrepreneurship loans?
(1) Each month, the applicant first pays the principal and interest. Then, on a quarterly basis (in April, July, October, and December each year), send the original bank interest payment receipt, interest claim receipt, and a copy of the applicant's bankbook cover page by mail or in person to the Youth Development Center.
(2) The Youth Development Center will transfer the quarterly interest subsidy to the applicant's designated account.

5.What are the qualifications for summer internship applications?
(1)Application Eligibility: Those who are registered as a resident of Nantou County. For summer internships, applicants must be current students in domestic universities (1st to 3rd year students), 4-year universities of technology (1st to 3rd year students), 2-year technical colleges or 2-year junior colleges (1st year students), or 5-year junior colleges (4th year students). This does not include students who have not yet enrolled, graduating students, open university students, open continuing education students, night school students, continuing education students, students who have extended their studies, or graduate students.
(2)Required Documents:
a. New household registration booklet (including current residents and detailed records) or household registration transcript issued within 3 months (including current residents and detailed records).
b.One copy of both sides of the student ID card (the copy should have the registration stamp for the second semester of that academic year or include a copy of the enrollment certificate) (please attach to the form provided). For EasyCard-style student IDs, please apply for a copy of the enrollment certificate for that year from your school.
