From the coffee to the honey industry, we stepped into the daily lives of local artisans, making the learning more relevant to the realities of the industry.
This morning we visited Shanzhuchong Cafe. A special thank you to owner #ShenYongwei for the thoughtful arrangements!
Not only did he share his experiences running a cafe, but he also personally led everyone through his own coffee plantation 🌿. The students learned about different varieties of coffee beans and were fortunate enough to witness the rare sight of coffee trees in bloom. The pure white flowers and delicate aroma made the experience even more profound and unforgettable ✨
During the sharing session, the owner also shared the challenges and perseverance behind running a cafe. From technical skills to management, it's not easy. The students also experienced hand-drip coffee making techniques, learning how to brew a cup of coffee with a balanced flavor ☕

In the afternoon, we visited Grandpa Lai's Bee Forest. We were very grateful for Grandpa Lai's warm hospitality.
The students not only learned about the honey plantation environment but also gained insights into the entrepreneurial journey and business philosophy through his sharing. 🐝 Through an engaging and accessible introduction, everyone learned a great deal about bee ecology and honey, and even had the opportunity to make cuticle balm from beeswax, making the learning process more fun and memorable. ✨
The entire day covered topics ranging from coffee cultivation to the honey industry.
This broadened the students' understanding of different fields and allowed them to see the hard work and diverse possibilities behind these industries through the experience shared by professionals.
