The delicious flavors of Mingjian take center stage!
"Zhuoqing Good Food Collection・Xing’nan on the Table" took place this afternoon (18th) at LH Cafe, bringing together returning youth, teachers and students from National Shuili Vocational High School of Commerce and Industry, small farmers, and youth brands in a feast brimming with local flavor.
Among the highlights, the Youth Development Office facilitated a collaboration between returning youth and food and beverage management students to design creative dining table cuisine. Featuring Mingjian's seasonal produce, the dishes beautifully fused creativity with the memory of the land, earning high praise from guests who said, "You can taste the story and warmth of Mingjian"!
Beyond the culinary experience, the youth entrepreneurship market organized by the Zhuoshui Community Development Association was equally vibrant. Small farm produce, handcrafted goods, and youth creative brands filled the space, joined by exhibition and sales teams from the school's Departments of Business Management and Applied Japanese. The atmosphere was warm and energetic, showcasing the creativity and initiative of young people.
