From case studies to hands-on practice, we helped everyone learn how to turn local resources into compelling brand stories with market appeal.

Brand learning

Wu-Tsang: Founder YI-HSUAN shared: "Follow the trends, and you'll find opportunities." In her talk, she offered participants many practical methods and insights, and generously provided advice and solutions to questions about their own brands. "From a cup of tea to an industrial ecosystem"—Wu-Tsang integrates design thinking, planning capabilities, and external partnerships to build a low-carbon, circular, and sustainable brand. Tea becomes more than a beverage—it connects cultural and industrial value.

Hands-on experience

In the group discussion session, participants were introduced to the "Business Model Canvas" as a tool to help them position their brand, design value propositions, and assess available resources. This allowed them to quickly evaluate whether their resource allocation and goals needed adjustment. Through discussion and sharing, participants gained fresh perspectives on their own brand design and business objectives💡

TAGather Goods: Every place has its own story. Founder Huang, Chin-hua, drawing on his extensive experience in both public and private sectors, guided participants through "how to tell a brand story." He illustrated the challenges and pivots involved in bringing a brand from vision to reality. Through cross-sector collaboration, overlooked materials like color-blocked canvas have been transformed into sources of new value—responding to ESG principles while creating win-win outcomes. He emphasized that local culture is, in fact, a brand's greatest asset.
