[Nantou NEXT+ Lab Series Events, Fourth: Local Industry Diagnosis] A Recap of the Successful Event✨
Have a goal and passion, but lack the context and methodology to take the first step? This time, we'll take you on a journey into the world of "industry" and "branding"!
From case studies to practical implementation, we'll help you learn how to transform local resources into marketable brand stories.
🔎 Brand Learning
🍃 Wu Zang Tea: Founder Yixuan stated, "Follow trends and you'll find business opportunities." During the lecture, she provided participants with many practical methods and concepts, and offered suggestions and solutions to their branding questions. "From a Cup of Tea to an Industrial Ecosystem," Wu Zang combines design thinking, planning expertise, and external partnerships to create a low-carbon, circular, and sustainable brand, transforming tea into more than just a beverage, connecting cultural and industrial values. 🍵
🛠️Hands-on Experience
During group discussions, participants were introduced to the "Business Model Grid" tool, which allowed them to reflect on how to position their brand and design values, and to review their current resources. This allowed them to quickly determine if adjustments to their resources and goals were needed. Through discussion and sharing, they were able to re-evaluate their own brand design and industry goals.💡
💼Everyday classic: Every place has its own story. Founder Huang Jinhua, drawing on his extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, deconstructs the art of brand storytelling, showcasing the challenges and transitions from vision to reality. Through cross-sector collaboration, he transforms the humble contrasting color palette into new value, addressing ESG concerns while creating a win-win model. He also emphasizes that local culture is truly the greatest brand asset.
#What unique charm can our hometown convey?
Through reflection and discussion, we can further transform "creativity" into "action."
Let the brand become a bridge connecting the land and the market. 🌉
