🎯 Case Study | Nantou County Local Industrial Cluster Development Association
Chairman #朱伊贞 shared how the association began by revitalizing idle military housing, integrating markets, tours, and craft experiences to revitalize the military housing complex in Zhongxing New Village. Yizhen also reminded everyone that by focusing on local observation and residents' needs, through experiential design and branding strategies, a micro-circulation of the local economy can be established.
🎬 Case Study 2 | Nantou Theater
Brand Director #蔡杰峰 discussed how the old theater, once facing decline, has transformed itself into a popular cultural hub for young people through the introduction of performances and film screenings. He emphasized that branding must begin with local stories to truly resonate. Through this case study, participants gained a deeper understanding of how to integrate branding thinking into local revitalization and stimulated diverse imaginations about their own brand positioning.
🃏 Hands-on Experience | Creative Situation Interactive Game
Finally, everyone became "local detectives," developing their observation skills through the exploration mission. They then used a card game to transform local characteristics into concrete brand prototypes. Laughter and discussion abounded during the game, allowing participants to experience the difficulties and challenges faced in local revitalization. Through team communication and coordination, and seeking collaboration with others, they gained a deeper understanding of the adaptability required of local workers facing various tasks and roles. Despite several setbacks during the game, through the combined efforts of all teams, the participants successfully completed this local revitalization game mission!
The two instructors' extensive experience, combined with their lighthearted and humorous delivery, opened the minds of the participants and sparked a dialogue between youth and their communities. After the event, many young people lingered, eager to exchange ideas and get to know each other, making the gathering even more meaningful! ✨
