As an international coffee judge, Shu-Yang possesses a keen understanding of coffee flavors. He meticulously oversees every step—from bean selection and import to partnerships with local farms, roasting, and cupping—ensuring every detail meets his high standards. More than catering to business clients, he prioritizes the multi-sensory experience of every visitor, making each cup a moment of comfort and connection.
