Project: Where Does the Mushroom on Your Table Come From?
This project centers on Taiwanese mushroom agri-food education. Through diverse and lifestyle-oriented action designs, we lead people of all ages to rediscover the mushroom industry. Our goal is to foster an understanding of the value of local Taiwanese agricultural products and build trust and support for domestic farming.
🚀 Project Highlights:
Farm Immersions: Organizing mushroom farm tours to bring people directly into the heart of the production area.
Market Engagement: Participating in agricultural events and trade fairs hosted by government agencies, schools, and farmers' associations.
Producer Dialogue: Facilitating direct sales and face-to-face interactions where producers share the authentic story of how mushrooms are grown.
Value-Added Promotion: Promoting the "Sixth Industrialization" model (integration of production, processing, and services) and the "Whole Food" concept.
By ensuring the "origin is visible and the producer is heard," we help consumers understand the challenges of cultivation, proper preservation methods, and culinary applications. This empowers them to make informed daily consumption choices that support local Taiwanese specialties, practicing both healthy eating and sustainable agriculture.
Through farm visits, lesson plan designs, market sales, and brand visual optimization, we are building a bridge of communication that is understandable, accessible, and trustworthy. We want consumers to truly:
See the Origin
Know the Mushroom
Purchase with Confidence
Let’s support Taiwanese agriculture together and restore the true value of the mushrooms on our tables.
